Who is Rez Moss?

I’m Rez Moss — founder and CEO of CloudAid, and a technologist with over 20 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and leading in the software and IT space. I’ve worn many hats: developer, architect, team leader, founder — but at the core, I’m someone who loves solving real problems with technology.

Before CloudAid, I launched PBXDom, a project that pushed me to think bigger and operate across product, engineering, and business. That journey shaped not only my career but also how I approach building systems and companies.

What drives me?

I’m deeply passionate about using technology to make a real-world impact — whether it’s helping businesses operate smarter or giving individuals tools that make their lives easier. I care about systems that scale, code that lasts, and people who grow through what we build.

What I focus on:

• Cloud & System Architecture — specializing in cloud-native solutions using AWS, Golang, Node.js, and modern DevOps
• Product & Platform Development — from MVPs to enterprise platforms
• Leadership & Mentorship — guiding dev teams, fostering culture, and helping others grow technically and professionally
• Continuous Learning — currently exploring serverless, container orchestration, and the intersection of cloud + IoT

Beyond the keyboard:

Outside of tech, I’m an explorer — a lover of travel, culture, craft beer, and smoky scotches. I believe stepping outside of our usual context is one of the best ways to grow — as people, creators, and problem solvers.
